Checking Your Configuration

Click on the "Start" button, select "Run" and type in "DXDIAG" and hit "OK".  The Direct X Diagnostics Utility will launch a report on your system configuration.      

• Operating System should be: Win 98, NT, 2000, or XP Pro 

• Processor should be: Pentium II 400 MHz processor or greater (Celerons not supported)

• Memory should be: 256 MB RAM or greater 

• DirectX version should be: 8.1 or greater - To upgrade go to the Downloads & Tools page
