When printing agency reports from Info View on the Encompass site the page report fails to load from the new browser window and the address at the top is http://a9116-web0135-s/wi/ActiveX/axerror.htm (the server name at the beginning maybe slightly different}.

Action: Follow the Browser Setup procedure.  This will reset the security settings that cause this error.  You may need to reset the advanced settings of IE to default then confirm MVM still active or just Subscribe to the Optimization Service.
