Exchange will not Open

Pop up stoppers will now prevent the connection window from launching and will need to be turned off or have our domains entered as trusted.

There are a couple of other situations that may occur.  They are outlined below and will need to be escalated to Defect / Technology / Agent Citrix/Terminal Server

Some 98 Exchange users need the ICAWeb client downgraded from the 8.0 client that has been released. Click to install the 7.0 client, select open or run when prompted.

The recent upgrade changed the architecture of the connection.  Firewalls may block the communication required from the PC to our secure server.
