Norton Internet Security Blocks Encompass Logon as an Intrusion Attempt

If Norton has not been configured to trust the InterLink IPs then it will block the Encompass logon.

Please follow the directions for configuring Norton Internet Security.

If they have done this in the past, they may need to update the settings because of a recent IP change.
