Agent is bridging and receives the "Input Check" message

If an agent is bridging and receives the “Input Check” message after they have verified that the bridge path and settings are correct.  We should then verify that Internet explorer is set up correctly using Step 2 of the 1-2-3-Go set up procedure.  If this does not work then you will need to reset the advanced settings of I.E.

Open a session of Internet Explorer and select "Tools" then "Internet Options". 

Click the Advanced tab, click Restore Defaults button and then click OK

Close all browsers and then re-launch Interlink using the Go Utility on your desktop and resubmit bridge settings.
