Click Start, Programs, McAfee,
McAfee Security Center.
After McAfee has opened, click Personal firewall.
Click Utilities
Click Trusted and Banned IPs
Click on Add
Select the An IP Address range radial button
In the From IP Address type 167.127.172.1
In the To IP Address type 167.127.172.254
In Description type Deerbrook and Encompass Insurance.
Click OK
Confirm the check box, IP address and description then click OK
Click, File, Exit
