Configuring Norton AntiSpam

The application does not show in the system trey and will give the same indications as any pop up stopper.  You will need to look in Programs or in Add/Remove Programs to see if it is present.

If it is present you can not program it to allow for Deerbrook or Encompass, your only option is to disable the pop up stopper function.  Launch the application from the programs menu shown above.  You will then need to select "Status and Settings", "Popup Blocking" and then click the "Turn Off" button.
