Configuring Zone Alarm Security Suite

Launch Zone Alarm Security Suite

 Select the "Firewall" tab on the left

 Select the "Zones" tab at the top

Click “add >>” and then “IP Range"

 Confirm " Trusted" is selected as the "Zone"

Enter 167.127.0.0 in the first "IP Address" window.

Enter 167.127.255.255 in the second 'IP Address" window

Type "Encompass-Deerbrook" in the "Description" window

Click "OK"

The main screen will appear, select the "Privacy" tab on the left

If "Encompass Insurance.com"or Deerbrook Interlink you will already have entries from those domains, you may need to allow “Private Headers” and “Mobile Code” and all others not allowed.  By default all but “Private headers” are allowed.

 Also adding “Allstate.com” will prevent problems with loging in and other resources.

Click the “add” button and input Allstate.com.

Then allow Mobile code, third party cookies and Private headers.

Setup is no complete, exit and save settings.
