InterLink Freezes Up While Working

Several things may cause InterLink to have slow performance or freeze during operation:

• Confirm your PC has been configured as outlined in Browser Setup
• Use DSL Reports to check your Internet connection speed. Make sure you have at least 128 kbps connectivity
• Confirm you meet the minimum PC Requirements
• Install the latest version of Sun Java from the Downloads and Links page
