The Internet Explorer Content Advisor will not work with the Encompass web site our Interlink. The Content Advisor cannot be configured to allow our Web site or Domains reliably. Interlink will display error on almost every page while the Content Advisor is active. It will display one of the following two dialog boxes.


To disable the content advisor:
Open a session of Internet Explorer
Click "Tools"
Click "Internet Options"

Select the "Content" tab, If the content Advisor says “Disable” it is active
Disable the content advisor by clicking on the "Disable" button.

The "Supervisor Password" box will appear
Enter the Supervisor Password
If you do not know this password, contact your PC support tech
Click "OK"

Click "OK" on the Content Advisor box

The option should now be “Enable”
Click "OK" on the Internet Options window
