The new Deerbrook Get Access Login requires the execution of a batch file. Some Internet security software blocks this process.  Guidance for Norton Internet Security is provided below.  If you have another Internet Security product preventing the login, please call 800-349-7342 for assistance.

Follow the directions below to configure Norton Internet Security:

• Click Start

• Click Programs

• Click the Norton Internet Security Professional directory

• Click Norton Internet Security Professional

• You will then see a control panel pop up

• Look at the lower right corner to determine your version

• Click on the link below that matches your version
