Windows One Care

If running One Care the following icon will appear in the system tray,  It can be red, yellow or green.

 When launching Go Encompass, Go Deerbrook, Go Allstate or Bridging, OneCare may block the prevent these applications from launching.  You may see the below notification or if it is already in the block list nothing will happen.

 If the below notification appears, select the “allow in Future button.”

 If Go Encompass/Deerbrook/Allstate or bridging does not work and you don’t get that message, It’s already blocked.  You will need to Right click on the OneCare icon and select “Open Windows live OneCare”

 Then Select “View or Change Settings.”

 Then select the “Firewall” tab and Advanced Settings.

 Select “Allow” next to “UpdateCheck" and "InterlinkUpload.”

 Click “OK”.  This will allow Go Encompass/Deerbrook/Allstate and Bridging to function correctly in the future.
